The Pulse Page keeps track of what is changing in your organization. By default, the Pulse Page will show the top 4 metrics with the highest rate of change, and up to 8 top categories of time investment.

You can pin specific metrics and investment categories to always see them when you visit the Pulse Page. You can also toggle on or off the inclusion of dynamic metrics and investments. These are settings specific to you, and do not impact the view of anyone else in your organization.
