PagerDuty + Uplevel Integration Benefits

How it works

Immediately after installation, Uplevel will collect the last 12 months of historical data about your incidents, on-call schedules, services, teams, members and escalation policies. This data will reflect in your Uplevel Dashboard within a few hours.
During installation, a webhook will be created for future incident data to be sent to Uplevel as they occur.
On a weekly basis, Uplevel will collect any changes to services, teams, members and escalation policies.

PagerDuty integrations require an Admin base role for account authorization. If you do not have this role, please reach out to an Admin or Account Owner within your organization to configure the integration.

Visit the Connect Page
Under “Available Connections” find “PagerDuty” and click “Connect” (or “Manage” if you already have 1 connection).
1. If “Available Connections” does not appear, you need to be added to the Uplevel Administrators group in your organization - Please see Enabling Connection Management for more information
Follow the steps listed in the sidebar to complete the installation
After completing the PagerDuty sign in, you will see an authorization request to allow Uplevel to communicate with PagerDuty, please click Approve
